Sioux City

Sioux City is where Rudolph's Shoe Mart began. Rudy and Marion Pape opened the first store here in 1980 in the Southern Hills Mall, building on a family shoe tradition dating back to the 1950s, and their son Mike later joined the business. Today's store on Southern Hills Drive carries that legacy forward, and since 2023 has been part of the Sole Provisions Family of Stores — new resources, same values.

Generations of Siouxland families have been fitted at Rudolph's, and the store still serves them all: kids getting measured properly, parents and grandparents who remember the original mall store, and workers across the metro who need shoes that survive real shifts. What makes Sioux City unique in the family is exactly that history — this is the hometown store, where proper sizing, honest service, and comfort-first footwear have been the standard for more than four decades. Few stores anywhere can measure a customer whose parents and grandparents sat in the same chairs.
